Optical Keying Project
Two major problems for constructors are often the provision of keyboards with the necessary contacts and couplers with the multitude of switching and wiring necessary. This system overcomes both these problems. The infra-red PCB system is simply mounted below the keyboards. The output from each keyboard is in midi format and feeds into a PIC based decoder which caters for all normal couplers.
